Step By Step Guide To Produce Liquid Soap






Liquid soap use in Nigeria is on the high use presently as many prefer
to use it to wash cloth and kitchen utensils because it requires less
energy. Liquid soap production in Nigeria is a good business one can
venture into with less capital and start making huge money with few
months. The process of formulating liquid soap remains as that of the
other solid soap only



that it exist as liquid. The base of the product is
water. The quantity of water that is required for the production of a
given volume of detergent is relatively high. It is necessary to have a
good source of water supply when you want to venture into liquid soap
production. In this post I will be sharing with you a step by step guide
on how to produce liquid wash for home use or for the public.






Requirement For Liquid Soap


Mixing bowl

Hand glove


Wooden spoon

Chemicals


1.  Picaro or antisol                                                             1kg


2.  Foaming                                                                          1kg


3.  Soda ash                                                                          2kg


4.  Surphuric acid                                                                 2litres


5.  Formaline


6.  Colour


7.  Perfume or fragrance


Method


  • Mix Picaro or antisol(1kg) and foaming (1kg) together with 60litres of water



  • Mix soda ash 2kg and surphuric Acid together with 4olitres of water



  • After mixing (1 and 2) and (3 and 4) together separately, wait for
    at least 2days for the chemicals to ferment, then join the mixture in A
    and B together and mix very well. The thickness or lightness depends on
    the amount of water you eventually use.



  • Add preservative-formaline ¼ litres



  • Add colour- Water Green to taste



  • Add perfume or fragrance to taste



  • Mix thoroughly



  • Fill your cans or containers as necessary.



  • Your liquid soup is ready for use or for sale.



For 15litres of water


1.  Antisol                   1 tin milk

2.  Foaming                1 tin milk


2.  Soda Ash                1 tin milk


3.  Sulphonic acid       ½ litres


4.  formalin                3covers of lacasera


5.  colour                     As deep as you want


6.  Perfume                 5 covers of lacasera


  • Mix antisol or picaro (1 tin milk) and foaming (1 tin milk) together with 9litres of water



  • Mix soda ash (1  tin milk) and surphuric acid (1/2 litres ) together with 6litres of water



  • After mixing (1 and 2) and (3 and 4) together separately, wait for
    at least 2days for the chemicals to ferment, then join the mixture in A
    and B together and mix very well. The thickness or lightness depends on
    the amount of water you eventually use.
