Choosing the right chicks to breed in your backyard is the first step. You can buy your chicks in a local store or you can also opt to incubate some fertilized eggs. If you want your chicken to roam around your garden to peck some weeds and eat insects, you have to control their access to your garden for them not to gobble on your plants and flowers. Just simply provide the best venue for your poultry so that all your breeds will have the place where they can roam around.
